Hi, I’m Natalie


In the 20+ years I've been working in Learning and Development, I've had the pleasure of helping over 15 000 people across 43 countries.

My career started out in the corporate world but after becoming an adoptive parent and suffering with post-adoption depression, my path changed as I began to apply what I knew out organisational habits and tailor it to the world of motherhood and the emotional overwhelm that often comes with it.


My own experience with mental ill-health led to a deeper understanding of the effects of habits on our ability to experience happiness and fulfilment and I found I didn't just have to work on my mindset. I had to change my drinking and eating habits and, most importantly, I had to heal and release some of the toxic beliefs I held about myself and whether or not I was "good enough".

Once all of those layers peeled away, I found I was able to be the mum I intended to be (although I still have a long way to go and expect I'll always be learning and peeling away the layers). Now I work to help other mums who are struggling to address their habits, reclaim their love for life and SHOW their kids how to live the big happy life they've told them is possible.
